How Can I Cancel My Order?
Please email us a soon as possible should you wish to cancel your order at admin@mixsens.com. In the event your order has already been dispatched it will be your duty to return the goods at your own risk. Please include your order reference.
When will I get my product?
Within 5-7 days depending on the type of products you choose. Nevertheless, our Recurring subscription box shipped either on the 7th, 14th, 21st or 28th of the month depending on when you start your subscription.
Can I Track My Order?
You will receive a tracking number with an automated email once goods are dispatched. Please use this reference on Royal Mail’s track and trace service.
